We blend robust Assam and Ceylon black teas with cold-pressed bergamot oil, blue cornflower petals and a touch of natural vanilla for a cup that is citrusy, creamy and gently floral. It is lovely with a splash of milk and makes a wonderful London fog with steamed milk and honey. Steep one heaped teaspoon in freshly boiled water for three to four minutes.
