Aged for twelve years in a series of oak, cherry and chestnut barrels, this balsamic is thick, glossy and naturally sweet, with notes of fig, cherry and warm wood. A few drops transform strawberries, ripe tomatoes, aged cheese or even vanilla ice cream. It is made only from cooked grape must, with no added caramel or thickeners, and comes in an elegant glass bottle with a pour spout.
