This honey comes from hives kept in wildflower meadows and is only lightly strained, never heated or filtered, so it keeps the pollen, enzymes and complex flavor the bees put into it. It is golden and floral with hints of clover and citrus. Over time it will slowly crystallize into a creamy texture, which is a sign of a truly raw product. Stir it into tea or drizzle it over yogurt.
